Countdown Bar at the bottom

The Checkout Countdown Bar can also be set to the bottom instead of the top. Since 3.0+ you can just change location from the settings page instead of applying custom CSS.

Displaying the Countdown Bar at the bottom may help with issues where your theme uses fixed headers that display on top of the Countdown Bar.
