Error codes only visible to logged in Administrators, don’t worry your customers won’t see them.
The error codes are meant to help identity why the Availability Search for WooCommerce Bookings may not display a list of available products.
Why: The Availability Search didn’t check the availability of products because no bookable products were found.
Solution: Check that your categories & filters are set correctly, you might not have any matching products..
Why: Availability Search found your bookable products, but was didn’t find availability within the searched dates and time.
Solution: Change dates or check if your products should be available on the selected dates by looking at the product availability settings. Also check if your Global Availability settings in WooCommerce Bookings are set correctly.
If you believe your products should showing up then please contact support.
Why: The wc_get_products
function didn’t return any products for displaying on the frontend.
Solution: Try switching on the Compatibility Mode in the Availability Search settings.
Why: The product loop was empty. There was an error attempting to display the products on the page.
Solution: Double check your available filters to ensure you have products that match, or Try switching on the Compatibility Mode in the Availability Search settings.
Why: The wc_get_products
function doesn’t exist.
Solution: Try switching on the Compatibility Mode in the Availability Search settings.
Why: Compatibility Mode loop returned empty.
Solution: Contact support with all details available.
